Hi I’m Jon Sellers of Resilient Fitness

My goal is to give people the knowledge and motivation to make their bodies strong, stable and more robust. Ultimately I want to help people have a more carefree attitude to life because their body is strong enough to take on any challenge. 

I spent years getting stronger and hitting numbers in the gym, but I would always be working around an injury. With a more resilient approach to fitness you can still have the same strength gains but with mobility and adaptability as well.
