I started my fitness journey 6 years ago with my first gym membership and have been non-stop learning ever since. From being the girl who would walk in to the gym with no clue what to do, scared to lift weights in fear of looking “bulky”; to creating plans that help individuals reach their own goals.
As a coach, I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. I’m here to help you create long-term lifestyle changes through health & fitness. I want to know what your goals are and help you turn them in to a reality; changing exercise from a chore in to something you look forward to.
Together, we will create an enjoyable and sustainable training plan specific to you and your personal needs- taking into account your goals, experience, passion and time available etc, that will help you to continually progress.
It is my job to help you become the best version of yourself, whatever that may look like. You and your goals come first, always.
