Goal: Master the repeated short-burst explosiveness required for court dominance.

The Ghost Unit is built around speed, agility, and recovery under intense strain. Training heavily emphasises multi-directional deceleration and acceleration, ensuring you can cover the court with maximum efficiency and recover quickly between points. We build the isometric strength needed to stabilise during lunges and the power needed for rapid changes of direction.

We utilise specific plyometric and reactive strength protocols to increase vertical jump height, alongside programming designed to improve court-specific endurance and stability for ankle breaking changes of direction.
